- Assist in developing customized solutions and responses for prospective clients through response to RFxs. The solution should entail, at the minimum
- Customized value proposition clearly articulating value-adds
- Migration timelines, project plans
- Staffing plan, organization design
- Pricing inputs
- Work with sales and account management teams to manage and own / lead responses to customer / client requests for information, proposals
- Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities
- Build customized / reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository
- Host/ manage client visits at different stages of the sales cycle (capability assessment, exploratory, due diligence and solution workshops)
Eligibility Criteria :
- Preferably, MBA from at least Grade B/B+ Institute (MDI, SP Jain, FMS, IMT etc.)
- 3 - 5 years minimum work experience of which 1-3 years should preferably be in the Insurance/BFSI Pre-Sales
Competencies Required :
- Domain experience desirable in Insurance, marketing / client management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - possesses a flair for writing with an understanding of how best to fit EXL capabilities to customer needs
- Excellent analytical skills
- Operations experience preferred
- Understanding of financial basics
- Some understanding of technology
- Leadership skills (incl. change management / influencing skills)
- Actual migration experience preferred
- Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences

- Interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders representing middle to senior management positions across a multitude of functions (Operations, HR, IT, Quality, etc.)

- Highly conversant (expert) in multiple MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Projects

- Effectively plan, prioritize and execute everyday operations
Work Timings :
- 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm (should be flexible to extend beyond this in case required)
