Education Requirements

- Qualified Accountant

- MBA in Finance will be an added advantage

Work Experience Requirements

- Qualified Accountant with 7+ years of experience (minimum 5 years in Reinsurance Accounting/Reporting)

- Knowledge and expertise in reinsurance management/external/regulatory reporting

- Data analytics, application management and project support experience in insurance/reinsurance.

- International exposure to F&A Outsourcing environment.

- Experience in the Insurance and Financial Services sector.

- Strong Communication - written and verbal

- Effectively balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards

- Capable of working with tight deadlines and direct or review the work of less experienced accountants.

- Completes and maintains complex financial statements and reports. Provides management with accurate and timely financial reports.

- Good analytical skills

- Good Computer navigation and MS Excel skills

- Comprehension skills - should be able to read, interpret business documents

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to multi task and handle adverse situations in a professional and calm manner.

- Qualified Accountant; Any certification in insurance/reinsurance life/LOMA, etc. preferred.

- Valid Passport is mandatory.
