EXL - Manager - Black Belt/Quality & Process Excellence - F&A Domain

Basic Function :

The Manager - PE is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of Quality and Process Excellence function, strategizing and leading all process improvement initiatives for client processes and ensuring that all functional deliverables to internal and external customers are met.

Location : Sec-144 Noida

Shift : 5:30 pm- 3 am

Essential Functions :

- Own strategic level quality initiatives for Finance and accounting process

- Provide strategic direction to the team on all aspects of the business

- Be responsible for driving Quality agenda for the O2C, R2R and P2P

- Drive Process Improvement and transformation for client processes

- Facilitate & drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization

- Own strategic level quality initiatives for F&A

- Coach/consult executive management in creating proper infrastructure for successful deployment and support

- Guide candidates with project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business and partner priorities

- Collaborate well with onshore quality & operations teams.

Desired Candidate :

- Looking for candidate only from F&A domain

- Knowledge of industry domain being aligned to F&A including R2R, O2C, P2P

- Black Belt trained or certified and Green Belt certified

- Knowledge of Six sigma tools and project management

- Minimum 7 years of total work experience with at least 2-3 years of relevant in BPO / ITES industry

- Must have led process improvement program with significant savings (with at least 2-3 projects led individually)

- Must have mentored at least 5 10 GB / BB projects

- Should be open for an IC role

- 2-3 years of experience in process excellence function
