Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, after identification / analysing the role requirements. Proficient in leadership hiring (end to end)   Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)  - Overseeing end to end recruitment for Corporate / HO roles   - In-charge (end to end) of sourcing/scheduling/comp negotiation for senior level leadership roles   - End to End Campus engagement and hiring   - Managing key stakeholders from Senior Management team and above   - Recruitment BAU processes - sourcing, screening, organising interviews, capturing feedback,   - MIS & reporting, selection  - Maintaining targets on source of hire and cost per hire   - Working relations include interactions with,  - Senior Management Team members - to discuss on various open positions  - Vendors - overall recruitment vendor management   Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)  - MBA in Human Resources (good institutes - tier 2)   - 8 -13 years of HR experience   (Recruitment or others - should have worked on e-sourcing)  - Leadership hiring   - Campus Recruitment   - Team management   - Vendor Management   Personal Attributes & Competencies  - Excellent oral & written communication  - Analytical skills  - Proficiency in MS Office  - Proficiency in Online/Social Media Hiring tools including Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn  - Knowledge of HR concepts specifically in recruitment  - Attention to detail  - Networking and stakeholder management skills  PERSON PROFILE (for the Ideal candidate)  Base Location Bangalore  Age (Min to Max) 28 - 35  Industry Preference (Insurance, Telecom, BFSI)   Preferably from Life Insurers like Max Life Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance or BFSI players like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank.Other than insurance industry can be accommodated as second preference.  Specific Skill Sets and Weight age assigned to various skill sets Excellent oral & written communication, Analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, good knowledge of HR concepts, attention to detail, networking and stakeholder management skills   Position reports into GM- Human Resources   Direct Reports to the position 1-2 reportees  % Travel Required in this Position Minimal in nature.
