Position Summary:   - Recruitment Specialist / Deputy Manager with experience in the Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection. Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, after identification / analysing the role requirements.  Key Accountabilities:  - Recruitment BAU processes - sourcing, screening, organizing interviews, capturing feedback, MIS & reporting, selection  - Enhance candidate experience  - Maintaining targets on source of hire and cost per hire   Working relations include interactions with:  - Senior Management Team members - to discuss on various open positions	  - Vendors - overall recruitment vendor management  Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:  - MBA in Human Resources (good institutes - tier 2)			  - 3-4 years of HR experience (Recruitment experience - should have worked extensively on esourcing)   Personal Attributes & Competencies:  - Excellent oral & written communication, Analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, good knowledge of HR concepts specifically in recruitment, attention to detail, networking and stakeholder management skills.  Performance Measures:  - Recruitment TAT  - Source of hire targets	  - Cost of hire targets  - Process Improvements
