Display out of box thinking and decision making skills to analyze the market, execute on plans and interface with client organizations.  7. Provide career coaching to help Executive leaders find their next role and offer expert advice to clients on topics such as market conditions, trends and salary levels.  Good to have candidate Requirements:	  1. MBA from top tier B-School or an equivalent institute  2. 1-2 years of work experience post MBA in strategy/operations.  3. Strong ability to influence, manage and work collaboratively across business lines.  4. Excellent manager of time and resources, strong organizational skills.  5.
