Roles and Requirements

- The incumbent will be required demonstrate fair knowledge on Indian GAAP and basic knowledge of US GAAP.

- Should be able to balance multiple priorities by considering risk, importance, level of urgency, and other linkages.

- Good leadership, inter-personal skills, marketing skills and good acumen of client business is important.

- Fair knowledge in Auditing and Accounting Standards, Statutory Audits, Indian GAAP and exposure in servicing clients in IT, ITeS, Telecom

- Should be able to manage independent relationships with clients and focus on planning & managing assignments and managing teams

- Basic working level knowledge in US GAAP
