Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
Preparing Manpower Review Sheet on monthly basis
Checking of departmental yearly manpower strength & current strength.
Checking of departmental yearly salary budget & current status.
Contract staff manpower strength & salary review.
Providing annual / monthly dept. manpower strength and salary budgets to the HODs.
Comparing the target monthly / yearly sales & its impact on manpower planning & budgeting.
Preparing & comparing annual budgets for the departments in terms of last month sales.
Payroll & Statutory compliance:
Preparing Monthly salaries, pay slips, various reports related to salary.
Various deductions as per company's norms and statuary compliances.
Maintain database of new joiners & resigned employees and their salaries.
Ensure to timely generate online PF, ESIC challans.
Timely disbursement of salaries.
Compensation & Benefits:
Working on Employee relation activities and Employee benefit schemes.
Salary Comparison with other organizations in the industry.
Salary structuring based on Industry standards and prevalent job market situation in India
Make recommendations for increments for all employees based on grades of Performance Evaluation as well as market trends.
Lead insurance programs for the employees, prepare database and forward it to the insurance companies on weekly basis.
Salary Range: 10 - 11 LPA
