Generalist HR Role :
- Responsible for Recruitment Activities.
- Employees Joining formalities and Exit Interview.
- Daily attendance, Monthly attendance & OT preparations.
- Manpower arrangement.
- Payroll on the salary inputs and calculations.
- Maintaining and updating personal files of all employees.
- MIS Preparation.
- Responsible for being the one point contact for all the issues.
Safety & Welfare :
- Ensure all employees wearing safety equipments.
- Ensure First aid items, Drinking water, Sump water & Tea provided to employees.
- Monitoring the canteen food taste and menu in order
- Monitoring the cr-che facilities & rest room facilities
- Ensure Fire extinguishers are valid and in order & Ensure Fire Hydrant, Smoke detector & Fire alarm working properly.
- Ensure ambulance condition & Dispensary staff nurse availability.
- Ensure safety posters & Sign boards.
- Ensure all electrical equipments working properly.
