EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- CORPORATE & INVESTMENT BANK (Origination & Client Coverage)  We have been retained by our client, a well established, professionally managed, foreign bank to identify an Executive Director- Corporate & Investment Bank. The position will be based at Mumbai.   Job Purpose:  - Client relationship origination and management with a balanced risk-reward perspective.   - Ability to identify client needs and then structure solutions through effective relationship with all product groups.  Key Responsibilities:   - The candidate will be responsible for origination, business planning and will be assessed on revenue generation. He should have excellent cross border relationships.   - Must have experience in transaction banking products like Trade Finance - Structures, Working Capital financing, Hedging and Forex products, Foreign Exchange Swaps, Debt Products.  - He should have a proven track record of Acquisition Financing, Bridge Financing, Leveraged Buy -outs, Equity/Collateral backed margin Financing, Mezz Funding.  - He should have thorough exposure to structuring, valuation, financial modelling, pre-mandate research, credit evaluation.  - Responsible for national and International Equity and M&A business origination.  - Responsible for the formation of alliances with foreign M&A and equity advisors to enable cross-border mandates.  - Responsible for preparation of pitch-books on M&A, company profiling, peer/competitor study, building financial comparables, qualitative & industry analysis across various geographies.   - Responsible for co-ordinating with legal, accounting, tax & technical consultants.  - Transaction structuring discussions, and drafting of offer/bid documents.  - Managing a team of analysts to ensure good quality and timely result.  - Build relationships with investment committee directors, chairmen and board members of foreign institutions.  - Responsible for structuring and executing debt financing transactions.   - Placement of debt market products to various market participants eg., Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, FIIs, Family Offices, Provident/Pension Funds, NBFCs, Corporates etc.  - Origination of transactions for under DCM.   - Provide analytical support to generate tailored funding.  - Understanding of debt market and latest developments in the market and regulations with regard to same.  Desired Skills:  - Strong origination and deal closure skills.   - Good relationship management & service focus Skills.  - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal & influential Skills.  - Sound problem solving and decision making skills.  - Should be proactive, focused & service oriented  - Ability to anticipate & identify client needs  - Strong planning and organizing skills  Candidate Profile:  - Candidates must be Chartered Accountants or MBAs from premier business schools with 15 to 20 yrs. relevant experience.  - Interested candidates meeting with the above requirements may please respond with a recent photograph and resume in word format
