Our teams working in Mumbai, Gurgaon and Bengaluru work with clients across verticals to provide digital solutions that meet business & communication objectives.   Specialties :   - Digital media encompassing Social Media & Mobile  - Pioneer in the social media space  Role : Chief Operating Officer  The COO will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, managing and optimizing all procedural and operational aspects of the agency with a singular focus of realization the CEO's vision for achieving extraordinary growth.   Will handle all operations of the agency nationally  The COO will ensure that essential business building blocks such as operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems are put into place that will consistently and efficiently achieve desired results.   The COO we select will be very dynamic and have the strength of character and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced culture that values innovation and is obsessed with client servicing.  Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :  - Key Deliverables: Profit & Loss and Revenue Generation  - Develop, communicate and implement growth strategies and processes that are successful  - Create new divisions & re-evaluate existing ones to quickly break into new markets   - Will be responsible for recruitment and training of team and foster development of company culture  - Develop strategy and plans for existing clients and drive innovation  - Responsible for new business development with all sphere of our services  - Handle legal paperwork wrt to new and existing clients  - Foster creation and development of the company culture.  - Drive and manage growth into emerging markets as part of business development efforts  - Participate in General Strategic Planning as part of the executive committee  - Represent and speak for the Company with clients, investors and business partners   Qualifications :   - Over all experience of 10-12 years with 6+ years of digital media, digital marketing or digital ad agency experience is required  - Should have handled branch operations before including profitability responsibility  - A solid foundation in the digital publishing and ad markets is required  This position is based out of Mumbai.   CTC: To be discussed during the interviews.
