Executive Assistant to VC & MD

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist VC / Jt MD in corporate strategy & planning initiatives for entire group cos

- Develop detailed business plan, organization structure and financial metrics

- Assist in Identifying opportunities in new markets domestic as well as international.

- Be the voice of VC / Jt MD in different forums where needed

- Prepare Business/Board Reviews Presentations and reports, corporate submissions

- Analyze Business current performance, collaborating and driving initiatives to improve business performance with co-ordination from all the HODs and highlight risks, opportunities.

- Use Business Intelligence tools to help the senior management in taking decisions.

- Cost benefit analysis/Cost reduction strategies and financial analysis for the

Key Competencies :

- Smart, robust personality with excellent presentation and communication skills

- Number crunching ability and eye for identifying business opportunities

- Experience in effective corporate strategy & planning activities at group levels

- Lead from front and have the potential to take on leadership responsibilities

- Good in relationship building and management

- Intelligent with knowledge about current business / economic scenario

- Should have worked in the capacity of an EA to CEO / MD of large groups

MBA from top 5 B School is must
