Education : MBA/CA/Cost Accountant  Job Responsibilities :  Read and analyse correspondence and bring out the important points to the Directors attention.   - Analyse MIS with regards to business operations, functioning, profitability, revenue & cash flow.  - Business planning, Creating Business strategy, growth, competitor analysis, Industry analysis with the guidance of Managing Director.  - Conduct extensive internet research on competitors and potential acquisitions, reporting finding to Director  - Be updated on current affairs, news and steel industry.   - Improve overall efficiency of organisation in terms of manpower, commercial and technological improvements.   - Screening of various diversified businesses, prioritizing them and replying on behalf of Director handling email accounts, backups,  - Prepare and provide critical information to ensure that all relevant information required for the meeting is available and decision making can be made faster.  - Coordinating and Provide analytical assistance in sourcing, managing key business relationships and new projects through correction, collation, analysis and creative presentation of information.  - Evaluating scenarios for company's investment proposals to support strategic decision.  - Preparing strategic financials models for projects as per requirement.  - Preparing for Monthly Review Meetings, Board Meetings & AGM through the year  - Act as liaison and maintain open lines of communication among senior executives, board members, shareholders, middle management and administrative staff of Director's office.  - Coordinating & Liasioning with various government bodies and agencies, customers, consultants and stakeholders.
