Executive Assistant to MD - FS Company  This individual's core responsibility is to anticipate, prioritize, and assist the Chief of Staff & SVP of Operations with two major functions :   - Leading the overall Strategic Operations group   - Help coordinate large-scale executive-level program management  - Manage external and internal communication on MD's behalf  - Analyse and present data to enable decision making  - Develop quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and ways of working  - The profile requires close working with the MD along with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic objectives.   - The profile requires multi tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create update follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.   - The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.  Our Client :  Specific Skills and Experience Required :  - 2-6 years of high level, complex executive administration work experience for a C-level executive   - Exceptional and proven organizational and time management skills; attention to detail, world-class follow-through   - Effective communication, listening skills, simplifying details and requests   - Critical anticipation and judgment skills   - Remaining poised under pressure.There will be periods of high pressure and the leadership team must remain a posture of grace.   - Advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel) and current social networking systems  - Excellent communications skills, and great ability too proof-read (this particular SVP has a typo problem!)  Salary range: 6 - 10 LPA
