Our Client is an online marketplace for logistics transactions, helping customers move anything, from anywhere to everywhere. The company is Series-A funded by Tier One Investors - Flipkart and Accel Partners.

The start-up was founded by team of passionate IITians with corporate experience who have come together to disrupt the largest unorganized market - Transportation, Using technology they are making freight execution efficient and easy. The founders come with deep logistics experience and they are on track to create a multi-billion dollar product that will operate like an 'Uber' for good transport. They have already got significant traction and have expanded to team size of 300+ in just 6 months, with a no of major companies signing up to use their platform for their logistics needs.

As an EA to the Sales Head (Founder), you will be critical to the sales growth of the company. You will work with the Sales Head on establishing the Sales Strategy and overseeing it's execution. The role requires you to work closely with the sales and be an interface with the various Practice Heads who report to the sales head and keep a track of Sales trends and prepare reports and MISes.

Your Key Responsibilities include :

- Sales analysis & reporting

- Preparing sales strategy with sales head

- Monitoring progress on sales Initiatives

- Assisting Sales head in all his meetings/ travels

- Coordinating with Sales and managers and Key Customers as per requirement.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- MBA from a reputed institute

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Experience : 2-4 years

- Smart in communication, go getter and energetic

- Good with excel and good Presentation Skills.
