They guarantee through their global network and reach, best in class services driven by high quality standards endeavoring to make LCL as easy as possible for your business, allowing you to focus on your customers.  Reporting to: CMD's Office   Job Purpose :  Executive Assistant - Chairman's Office  Analyst (Business & Finance)  Public Relations from Chairman's Office. (Business/Industry Leaders- /Business Associate/ Friends & Family)  Role & Responsibilities:  - To provide and interpret business information; monitor, interpret MIS.  - Assist Chairman and Business Managers in conducting reviews & evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.  - Participate in Business review meetings and prepare the minutes of meetings (MoM).  - Following up with action-items and the trail management from review/strategy meeting with senior management team.  - Ensuring the closure of discussions and action-items from Leadership meetings  - Managing the external and internal communication from Chairman- s- Office and maintain the record of the same.  - Industry alliance - Identify useful & strategic conferences & networking opportunities.  - Assist in preparing agendas, conducting/organizing meetings and preparing reports.  - Handling sensitive issues and confidential information requiring discretion on the employee's part.  - Collate data and analyze on global & local competitors.  - Follow up & report on global people development including learning & development.  - Constantly study & benchmark websites of top companies and follow up with concerned to have the Client's to be the best & have SEO & customer stickiness tools are followed up for up gradation.  - Follow up constantly on branding & flyers to be sent to customers globally probably by using CRM & engaging the country managers.  - New technology research for greater efficiency.  - Complete detailed analysis of standalone companies under the Chairman's guidance on the business.  - Organize mid-year review/strategy meetings for The Client & the Indian subsidiaries.  - Ensure communication at periodical intervals with management, employees, customers and any other VIP contact from Chairman's Office  Job Involves The Following Linkages:  - Within the Organization: Various departments & Various Business Heads  - Outside the Organisation: Clients/Customers, Co-ordination  Key skills:  - Good numerical skills & analytical abilities  - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Communication skills  - MS Office & IT skills.  - A confident and determined approach.  - Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.  - A high degree of self-motivation and drive - Should be a self starter and able to take responsibilities  - and meet the target within the timeline set.  - The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  - The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.  - Proficient and dynamic professional with pleasing personality  - Ability to work effectively under stress, changes in work priorities, and in emergencies.  - Ability to meet deadlines and eye for detail.  Qualification & Experience:   MBA - Finance preferably, from premier institutes  3-5 years of experience  An EA, precisely handling Analytics & Public Relation for CMD's office.  Location: Mumbai, Western Suburbs
