Job Description:  - Email management: Ensuring that various administrative tasks are done in an effective and efficient manner, including copying, reviewing outside mail, scanning and filing documents, drafting correspondence, screening phone calls and maintaining executive files as needed  - Travel management: Arranging travel/reservations and accommodation coordinating with external vendors.  - Calendar Management: Be responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives, as well as consultants. Organize & coordinate various meetings conducted by The CEO and The President and provide required support, preparing minutes and notes.  - Analysis of reports and inputs received from different departments and functions to create summary for The CEO and the President  - Coordination: independently coordinate with different department heads and stake holders on strategic & tactical initiatives & assignments on CEOs behalf and maintain updates  - Document Management: Manage and maintain data efficiently and ensure quick retrieval whenever required. Raising expense claims and arranging invoices and ensure confidentiality.  - Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion   - Must be a self starter take initiative and be assertive in anticipating the needs of the Executive 5+ years of recent and relevant Executive/Administrative Assistant work experience  - Excellent communication and organization skills   - A good grasp of written English is mandatory.   - Ability to Type, write and read Punjabi is preferred.  Qualification: Graduate + MBA
