Executive Assistant or Financial Analyst

Designation : Executive Assistant / Financial Analyst

Education : MBA from Tier 1 B-School (Preferably IIM, FMS)

Responsibilities :

- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President Solar's office and business partners; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff

- Works closely and effectively with the President Solar to keep him well informed of the upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the President Solar, some of which may have organizational impact.

Strategy and Planning :

- Develop strategic frameworks to analyze the existing activity as well as new market opportunities such as new business lines, new markets etc.

- Monitor performance on key parameters periodically and escalate variances in order for the performance to be aligned with business and operation plans

Investment Opportunities :

- Lead the creation of all phases of a business case development (e.g. market analysis, value proposition, strategic fit, economic models and launch) to support new initiatives.

- Develop the financial and economic models that support the assessment and underlying valuation of potential opportunities

- Support the creation and capture of incremental revenue opportunities for the company

Organizational Development :

- Help develop business lines to evolve robust systems and structures to enhance operational efficiency and build platform for future growth

- Enhance MIS and management reporting systems to improve quality of review and operational efficiency

Profile :

Education : MBA From IIM's Or Equivalent Top-tier Institutes

Experience : 3-7 Years- Experience In Working With C-level Executives

Industry : Preferably From Infrastructure / Renewable Industry
