Ad Operations & Partnerships Executive
About this Role :
We- re looking for Digital Marketers with 2+ years of experience in online media buying & optimization. The job involves discovering new partnership opportunities, establish coordination between content & finance teams, negotiate deals, analyze ROI of partnerships & come up with actionable insights for the app marketing team. The person will be responsible for marketing my client's Android & iOS apps internationally.

Who can apply :
Any graduate from a reputed university with 2+ years of experience with a reputed Ad agency in media acquisition/mobile app marketing/Ad sales.
Skills :
- Should be highly data driven. Should be good with numbers.
- Basic Knowledge of concepts and mechanics in Ad optimization in Google & Face Book.
- Have a logical approach to media buying with assessment both on scale and cost effectiveness.
- Establish process & coordinate effectively between teams to initiate partnerships & payments without hassles.
- Should have ability to find new opportunities for both free and paid installs of the app.
- Have good understanding of mobile app analytics tools like Google analytics and Appsflyer.
Responsibilities :
- Manage current media buys at my client's. (Build relationships, coordination and optimization)
- Analyze current marketing campaigns in Ad networks like Google & FaceBook and give suggestions to agency for improvements.
- Will have to understand media requirements and liaison with content and design agency for on time delivery of creatives.
- Should report which media buys or partnerships gives the maximum ROI where we should be investing more money and where we should limit spends.
- Should be data driven in his/her approach. Should be able to use excel and mobile analytics tools for reporting actionable insights.
- Should be well versed with digital marketing to promote the mobile app through various online channels.
- Define the right metrics to measure user acquisition quality and optimize spends at level of events & LTV of a user.
- Develop compelling ad copies and content for various countries, markets, platforms and learners.
- Gain understanding of in-house marketing tools and quality standards.
- Maintain complete record of App marketing spends, CPIs & installs on Daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Ensure timely payment to partners by coordinating with finance team.
