- To deliver lowest cost procurement solutions and strategies to assist in winning work, and project delivery.  - To improve supplier performance, generate savings and significantly reduce cost and business risk.  - Lead and develop the regional supply chain team including recruitment and mentoring new staff.  - To deliver a better value supply chain by embedding category strategies into the bids and projects and focusing on the needs of internal & external customers.  - Ensure that the Business or Group supply chain strategy is embedded and all targets and budgets are delivered.  The successful applicant will be a forward thinking procurement professional who has a proven track record of leading regional teams, man management, able to develop relationships across all levels including senior stakeholders and clients.
