For more information, please visit our websites - www.everestgrp.com and research.everestgrp.com.  Job overview  Part of a 12-15 member team which researches and provides insightful analysis on Global sourcing issues and themes through published & custom research.   - Role will include supporting/ leading team on projects, managing specific pieces of a research agenda, authoring reports and white papers, developing expertise in select field, global interaction with buyers, service providers, subject matter experts, investors, and internal Everest employees.  - The candidate must be able to analyse information, write impactful reports, work with senior executives, develop complex and compelling scenarios, and work with clients solving strategic global services issues.   Key responsibilities:  - Problem solve and structure work to manage deliverable and timelines  - End to end management of small sized- custom projects; lead modules medium - large sized custom engagements  - Identify areas of research based on industry and client needs  - Set plan for internal growth and actively develop domain expertise, leveraging subject matter experts, and external sources  - Support business development efforts (through proposals, collaterals, thought leadership)  - Help build visibility with clients, prospects, and overall market (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, newsletters)  - Proactively deliver and manage practice agenda for published research reports  - Refine business communication skills for external market communication  Skills & activities:  - Strong problem solving skills and analytical capability  - Strong oral communication skills  - Strong written communication skills with attention to detail  - Project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure and successfully manage deadlines  - Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work independently  - Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment  - Desire to be in an entrepreneurial environment; comfort with ambiguity   - Strong organization skills and leadership skills   - Intellectual curiosity   - Proficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
