Job description   - Managing employee communication globally across various organizational level initiatives in diverse departments human resources, finance, administration  - Liaison with Evalueserve internal stakeholders ( for e.g. IT, Marcomm, Business, Executive team) to message appropriate communication across various levels in the organization within guidelines  - Manage talent engagement portfolio , not limited to managing and conducting ESAT surveys globally and other engagement activities through effective communication strategies   - Ensure employee connect through various employee engagement activities like townhalls, skip level meetings, coffee session, etc.  - Drive organization level initiatives to boost up the employee morale and motivational levels   - Develop Employer brand for Evalueserve in the employer market within guidelines and collaborating with internal stakeholders ( Marcomm, Business, Campuses, etc)  - Develop content and communication startegy , not limited to any media coverage for Evalueserve and work in tandem with Marcomm guidelines and norms  Skills and Experience   - The incumbent should have 8-10 years of experience in handling internal and external communication and prioritizing against tight SLAs and deadlines.   - Adept at building strategic relationships with key influencers – industry groups and thought leaders.   - Skilled in developing and implementing strategies to provide cost effective Corpcomm support and solutions to meet the current and future business needs.  - Ability to plan, organize, manage and execute effective employee engagement activities at organizational level across geographies.  - Strong communication skills, people management, team leadership, collaboration & thought leadership.  - Deep understanding of the diverse business cultures, values and the ability to work in highly diverse business environments with people from varied backgrounds.  - Ability to consistently deliver excellence with high execution orientation  - Ability to collaborate with required stakeholders internally and externally   - Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong hold on English language
