Rotational shift  Job description:  The candidate will be responsible for assisting analysts and their clients globally in managing their research subscriptions and maintaining database for a European Investment Bank. He/she should be flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shift (10.30 PM to 7.30 AM).   Scope of Work  - Maintaining information on non-financial live client databases about company and analyst profiles which act as a data-feed for client's website and research reports.  - Troubleshoot analyst problems regarding application, login issues and website access  - Data extraction and research entitlement for third party databases  - Communicating and coordinating with analysts and support teams globally  - Disseminating knowledge and process updates within the team  - Documentation of process manuals/SOPs  - Work on ad-hoc requests as per client's requirement  Skill Set Required  - Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time, eye for details  - Good MS - Office Skills.  - Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner  - Ability to identify pro active ways to contribute to firms goals & mission  - Good communication and interpersonal skills.  - Ability to work independently.  Education and experience  Graduate/Postgraduate-Commerce with 1-2 years in BPO/KPO
