Should be open for Rotational/Night  Position description:  Department: Financial Services (Operational Processes)  Nature of Job: Permanent  Location: Gurgaon/India  Job Title : Research Associate/Senior Research Associate  Reporting To: Manager  Job description:  - Provide real-time support to Investment bank clients  - Troubleshoot and answer client queries via phone calls and emails  - Comprehend the analyst reports and summarize them in own words for the client specific newsletters  - Collect data through secondary and selective primary research  - Document process manuals/SOPs  - Conduct training sessions and preparing necessary training material for clients  - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions on project specific areas  Skill Set Required  - Good understanding of financial services industry (especially I-Banks)   - Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  - Strong analytical skills and eye for detail  - Ability to complete task accurately and timely  Preferred skills:  - VBA/ Macros  - HTML/XML/CSS/Java script  - Quality orientation with prior exposure in publishing industry  Note: He/she should be flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shift (10.30 PM to 7.30 AM).
