Select examples of these services include:  - Data Collection to undertake a comprehensive Customer Insights analysis  - Data Mining and Target Modeling for campaign selections, segmentation and predictive modeling.  - Data reporting and analysis activities such as campaign performance dashboard and insights.  - Market assessment including sizing, competitive landscaping, capturing trends and key success-factor analysis  - Execution of direct marketing campaigns, from campaign data brief, data extraction to post-campaign review and analysis  Job Description: Manager  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Handling a team of 5-10 people and coach, mentor, develop their team  - Ensure seamless operation delivery throughout  - Gathering, understanding & converting business requirement from the clients into data specifications  - Designing/suggesting relevant analysis & modeling to meet the business requirement  - Focus on providing actionable business insights to the relevant decision makers  - Effective client communication and project management  - Data analysis & modeling, reporting, data processing and other business objectives of analytical activities  - Campaign Management/ Analytical CRM/ Marketing analytics  - Hands on experience in any of the following: Acquisition/Attrition/Cross-sell/Up-sell campaigns  - Customer segmentation  Skill sets Required:  - Expertise in SQL or PL/SQL, Oracle, Teradata  - Advance experience in MS Excel, MS Access & VBA  - Knowledge of Base and Advance SAS  - Exposure in logistic domain or experience in marketing analytics team will be preferred  - Strong Analytical skills and independent thinking  - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills  - Good Listening skills to be able to engage with business clients and work effectively  - Excellent Project & Client Management  Education & Experience:  - Post Graduation/ B.Tech/ B.E./ MBA from a reputed institute with 5-8 years of relevant experience  - Relevant years of experience in KPO will be an added advantage.  Compensation:  To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry.
