Annual & Quarterly accounts.  - Responsible for co-ordination with the Statutory and Internal Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit.  - Analytical Review of Financial for decision making.  - Coordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs/financials, to the Teams, for the yearly/quarterly MIS reporting.  - Responsible for the preparation and filing of regulatory reports under SEBI, Companies Act etc.  - Conduct the following tasks: Compliance and Reporting, process improvements, and risk and controls assessment.  Other areas of work will include:  - Treasury  - Company Secretary  - Corporate Accounting  - Indirect taxation  Skills Required for this Job  - CA is must.  - CS would be added advantage.  - 5-8 years of post qualification experience.
