Estate/Wealth Planner - BD - Private Banking

- To work closely with Private Bankers to provide clients with appropriate wealth planning information and advice, working with external advisors as appropriate. Focus will be on tax, succession, philanthropy and family governance.

- To assist Private Bankers in reviewing wealth planning structures that has been established for clients.

- The Candidate should be aware of the basic concepts of estate planning including succession laws, trust laws, transfer of property laws and general corporate law and should have handled transactions on trust structuring and trust administration and clients independently.

- The candidate should be aware of the governance around succession of family business. Experience around “family constitution” will be added advantage.

- The candidate should be aware of various structures (e.g. charitable trust, section 25 company etc.) available for philanthropic activities.

- The Candidate should also have basic understanding of Income Tax provisions connected with Trust Laws.
