Engineer + MBA (Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-schools ONLY)  Key Responsibilities :   - Deploy recruitment strategy in line with the HR AOP for the year to ensure quality talent is acquired in a timely manner.   - Develop and deploy innovative recruitment strategy to ensure 100% manning at all time for the business vertical.  - Maintain key recruitment metrics and own the regular reporting of the same to the business.   - Operationalize the Campus hiring strategy for the business.  - Drive deployment of key HR processes such as employee relations/ counselling, performance management, employee development, employee engagement etc. to ensure complete cascade to the grass root level  - Support in rolling out of HR projects and initiatives through acquiring best practices knowledge, support in ideating and providing operational support in implementation on ground.   - Help create a positive employee relations environment through effective communications, policies, practices and effectively deploying various tools to achieve employee connect, such as Skip levels, HR Connect sessions, fun at work etc.   - Deploy proactive retention measures for the segmented employees including but not limited to EWS (Early Warning System)  - Support in exit interviews for the segmented employees - Actual connect, ground level intelligence and understanding the trigger for attrition   - Support in deploying the induction and onboarding program for the entire business vertical.  Desired Profile :  - 4 - 6 years Human Resources generalist experience with exposure in most of the Human Resources functional areas   - Graduate in Engineering with a Masters degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute  - Experience working in ambiguous environment and striving to create robust HR processes  - Excellent Analytical skills with Strong Experience and expertise in working on Excel, PowerPoint and other tools to manage various data needs  - Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities  - Strong history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders leading to great Stakeholder Management  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
