Main Purpose Of Job:  - Enable, plan, lead, organize, monitor and control projects to successful completion ensuring communication channels are clearly established and used.   - Enable business areas to achieve their business targets.  Key Accountabilities of This Job:  - Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodology and tools.  - Good understanding of IT infrastructure and related functions  - Define and agree the detailed project scope.  - Plan and monitor projects for completion within agreed budget, resource levels and timescales, but without compromise to the quality of the deliverables or breach of standards, statutory or regulatory requirements.  - Identify all lessons learned from the program /project for the benefit of future developments.  - Establish and manage project/program structure, and agree roles and responsibilities with team members (setting clear goals and providing training/coaching where necessary).  - Lead, manage, motivate, coordinate and inspire employees at all levels involved.  - Hold regular project/program board and sponsor meetings to manage progress, drive out and escalate issues and ensure clear direction.  - Harness supplier relationships to maximize value to the Client's IT program / projects.  - Manage budgets. Ensure ongoing support costs are incorporated into department budgets.  - Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members, client and business customers.  Qualifications And Experience Specific To This Job:  - Minimum of 4 years as IT Infrastructure Project Manager  - PMP Certified   - In depth knowledge of relevant technology systems, software and planning tools, and relevant business areas.  - Understand, accommodate and blend the differing needs of multi-disciplined teams consisting of internal and external resources e.g. Third-party suppliers, remote staff, contractors and other financial institutions.  - Leadership and management skills appropriate for a complex technical delivery.  - An excellent communicator with networking skills and who is able to interpret and present technical information into business language.
