Equity Research- Real estate strategy (KPO)  Job Description  - The position is of an associate with a Top ranking Global Real Estate team with a reputed Investment bank client of ours, who are responsible for the formulating and presenting the Firm’s view about global real estate markets notably with technical support that will be used in the team’s quantitative analysis. The position will involve helping the client team in overall investment research, modeling, and valuations at an individual security, market and regional level. In addition, the candidate is expected to contribute on thematic research articles.  Desired qualification:  1. Post Graduate Degree in Economics or statistics, with a specialization in Econometrics.  2. Strong background in macroeconomics and financial markets  3. 2-3 years of working experience in financial modeling/ valuations, industry research/equity research  domain preferably with an Investment Bank or Financial Advisory or Private Equity or KPO or Captive Investment Bank etc.  4. Sound statistical knowledge  5. Prefer people with real estate financial modeling/valuation experience  6. Excellent IT skills related to data manipulation and interpretation, with working knowledge of VBA.  7. Hands on experience with statistical packages such as E-Views, R.  8. Hands on experience with external research databases such as Bloomberg, Datastream, MSCI, IBES and CEIC
