Role  The Equity Research Analyst will work with international buy side analysts to support them in their coverage of various companies in Asia. The work includes creating, running and maintaining financial models, keeping up with news and key events and their impact on our estimates, and doing research and analysis work to develop our investment ideas.  Experience  1. 2-5 years of experience supporting coverage of companies for international Sell side or Buy side analysts   2. Multi industry experience preferred  3. Asia experience is a plus  4. Experience with investment process, including idea generation, development of investment thesis  5. Experience with captives of large, established sell side or buy side firms, or with front line KPO organizations preferred  Skills and Qualifications  1. MBA or CA  2. Strong MS Excel skills  3. Excellent financial modeling skills  4. Excellent communication skills  5. Familiarity with Bloomberg and other data sources typically used in Equity Research is essential  Others  1. Early shift, since the role supports Asia  2.
