We intend to be early in the business discovery, thus providing us maximum earnings growth with limited churn.  Brief overview of the role :  - Reporting directly to the heads of various business units (PMS, Capital Markets, Investment Banking & Stock Broking) - candidate will be required to handle and lead end-to-end HR service requirements for all business units from hiring to firing.   Some of the key performance areas are summarised below :  Recruitment :   - Devise recruitment strategy in consultation with business heads and execute recruitment mandates in a cost efficient and timely manner.   - Co-ordinate with various vendors for recruitment services and negotiate with them vendor contracts from time to time.  - Ensure on-boarding and induction of new joinee.   - Keep sense of key movements in market and build network in industry to connect with key people to attract talent. Stay relevant by doing industry research and identifying recruitment trends in the market.   - Co-ordinate campus programs across India  - Manage recruitment budget and ensure cost savings as well as optimum utilisation of resources to ensure that employer brand is sustained and enhanced further  - Keep record of all important documents and review offer letters from time to time to keep them legally relevant.   Compensation & Benefits :   - Keep a pulse of market trend in compensation and accordingly propose to keep our compensation levels competitive.   - Design innovative ways of structuring compensation of employees so that we are able to attract talent.   - Handle ESOP, phantom stocks, employee award schemes, employee referral bonuses etc.   - Understand tax implications of various components and co-ordinate with payroll vendor to ensure smooth and timely execution of monthly payroll  Performance Management:  - Conduct performance appraisal cycle twice a year for all employees across all business units  - Conduct 360 degree feedback in each performance appraisal cycle  - Compile performance management process results and prepare dashboard for top management  - Take part in round table conferences across various levels to gauge sense and to gather impulse about employee performance issues  - Take part in promotion decision making and share views with top management to handle promotions and increments  - Make sure performance management process is updated and relevant at all times for all roles across organisation. Design performance appraisal forms for new roles created in organization in consultation with business heads keeping in mind competency requirements at each level.   Employee Engagement :   - Lead, plan, strategise and execute employee offsites and monthly themed parties.   - Engage with employees on a constant basis to anticipate and control attrition.   - Manage budget for various engagement initiatives like birthday parties, diwali functions etc.   - Conduct employee meetings from time to time and interact with them to understand key areas where they may be facing difficulties/anxiety and to help in bringing changes to boost their productivity  - To identify reasons for attrition by conducting exit interviews and engaging with ex-employees and current employees from time to time.   Employee Relations :   - Custodian of employee handbook and updating it from time to time  - To keep a track of policies being followed in other organisations and benchmark our own policies in line with market standards  - To handle day to day employee queries with respect to compensation matters, employee grievances, disciplinary issues, harassment issues, PF related matters etc. and resolve employee queries in responsive way  - To be part of various committees like sexual harassment committee and other disciplinary committees formed from time to time.  HR Legal & Compliance :   - Ensure compliance with various rules and regulations applicable such as Sexual Harassment Act, Shops and Establishments Act, PF Act, Gratuity Act, Maternity Benefit Act etc.   - To ensure all documentations with respect to employees are properly maintained such as performance appraisal forms, offer letters etc.   - To handle critical exits of senior level employees keeping in mind legal interests of both the parties involved and guide on best way to handle exits  - To keep all employee policies legally relevant from time to time as per changing labour law requirements such as ESIC, PF etc. or other requirements.   Administration :   - Manage overall employee admin cost and ensure that resources are channelised and allocated in most appropriate ways  - Ensure that Group Insurances are renewed from time to time  - Take care of leave management and attendance system of entire company and take regular inputs and data from administration department from time to time  Who we are looking for :   - Person should be dynamic with good communication skills.   - Should have excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and interact with all stakeholders and employees in a very unbiased and neutral way. Should be able to handle with versatility expectations of both management and employees.  - He should be able to understand and learn about the business and should be able to engage with all stakeholders.  - Should have minimum 3 years of experience in handling end-to-end HR functions preferably from banking and financial services domain.  - Should have relevant qualification in HR (preferably from top tier campus) with zeal to survive and thrive in entrepreneurial environment.  - Should be honest and person of high integrity showing maturity and sensitivity in handling with critical employee matters.   - Should be responsible and able to handle independently all functions of HR.
