Epitome Capital Advisors - Execution - Debt Syndication

Relevant experience in Debt Syndication (preferably with experience across project debt, corporate debt and ECBs)

Requirements :

- MBA (Finance) from a premier business school or qualified CA

- Relevant experience of 4-8 years of having worked directly on transactions

- Strong Relationship with Nationalised Banks, FIs,Cooperative Bank

- Should have led end-to-end execution of deals

- Should be well turned-out & have a pleasing personality

- Should have impeccable communication & presentation skills

- Fixed compensation will be in line with the market and quality of experience

- Variable compensation (bonus/ profit-share) from the transactions in which the candidate will be involved

- Position will be based out of Mumbai but the candidate will be expected to travel to different locations for work

- While selected candidate's primary role would be in debt syndication, he would be encouraged to gain cross functional exposure across Private Equity, M&A and Consulting
