As a credit risk officer you will gain exposure to the fast evolving fin tech space and the various methods used in unconventional underwriting.   Job Profile :  You will be expected to :  - Assess and analyse credit risk of potential customers using bureau reports, bank statement analysis and host of alternate data  - Provide inputs on credit risk policy, work on rules engine etc  - Work with data science team on continuous improvement in credit scoring frameworks  - Work with development team to enhance automated decision engines  - Monitor portfolio risk and ensure that exposure is maintained within limits. Review individual limit enhancements/reductions as well.  - Work on devising and improving collections strategy  - Interact with regulators or other external/internal stakeholders for presentations regarding credit risk policy of the company  Required :   - 3+ years experience in handling unsecured loan portfolios for retail customers (including proprietorships, micro and small businesses)  - Relevant experience in credit scoring and/or rules based decision engines  - Sound technical knowledge in the fields of statistics, data analysis, bank statement analysis  - Exposure to collection strategies  About ePayLater :   ePayLater allows customers to "buy now and pay later" for goods and services purchased on online as well as offline portals.
