About us:

Entrayn is an education technology startup company based in Chennai, India. Our mission is to deliver high quality personalized learning at scale, with a focus on the test prep space. Our product aims to sensibly integrate gaming and social elements so that the learning process engaging and effective.

Entrayn is founded and managed by alumni of Harvard, Stanford, IIT Madras, IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad. Their prior accomplishments include setting up multiple startups and scaling them to multi-million dollar companies.

About this role:

We are looking for a highly passionate, exceptionally competent and self driven individual to manage our product development life cycle:

- Strong understanding & experience of the software development lifecycle

- Highly process oriented with attention to detail & a demonstrated ability to take tasks to completion within deadlines

- Exceptional project management skills, especially the ability to interact & get the best out of people with diverse skill sets & backgrounds e.g. Software Developers, Content Creators, Designers, Marketing Specialists etc.

- Strong academic background, in addition should have aced competitive exams e.g. JEE, GRE, CAT, GATE etc.

- Highly passionate about creating world class products across multiple devices & platforms

- Street smart and willing to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet goals

- Highly action oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency

- An interest in Education and/or prior experience in Software Architecture is a big plus

- 3 - 8 years experience ideally as a Product Manager or as a Project Manager in a software product oriented company
