Enterprise Solution Design and consulting  Job Description :  Role purpose :   - Accountable for understanding Customer enterprise architecture framework and building low level design for large & complex projects for India and global business.   - Responsible for setup professional service as a practice and generate revenue for the business from complex design and solution.  Key accountabilities and decision ownership :  - Define design framework for first time implementation of large & complex projects involving multiple technology.  - Engage during presales stage with the customers and drive the design consulting practice to gain customer confidence on Vodafone product capability and drive proof of concept if required  - Support the circle business team to build the large value opportunities through consultative engagement with key customers and interaction.  - Responsible for low level technical design including migration and transition approach and provide support during delivery stage for complex opportunities  - Capability Assessment for Self and ensure the low level engineering and solutions capability is improved across the existing technologies and also own the responsibility for the organisation to invest on the emerging technologies.  - Be a stake holder in deal governance forum and help in qualifying complex and non standard opportunity.  Core competencies, knowledge and experience :  - 10 to 16 years of experience in Telecom Technology domain. Hands on Technology and implementation exposure to Transmission technologies like Ethernet and IP/MPLS, GSM, UMTS, HSPA. Unified Communication, Good understanding of Data Centre, Cloud, IT integration and managed services.  - Good understanding and experience to build telecom and IT integration services across IT/ITES/BFSI/M&D/ Media & Services business verticals. Excellent understanding of the business process across these verticals is a must.  - Customer interaction and engagement exposure.  - Exposure to design projects across connectivity and IT & Telecom integration requirements at a low level, WAN acceleration technologies, Integration of various services like Cloud, hosting, network virtualisation, hosted call centre, Fixed mobile convergence, network security consulting and implementation, Consulting and building solutions for BYOD etc.  Nithya Angeline  080-40001320
