Educational Qualifications:

- MBA with BE or equivalent qualification
Experience Level;
- Yes - 2-6/7 years in IT, Project Management or Risk management/internal Audit, quality - quick adaptation to role needs in Group Risk office expectation.
Job Description:
- Part of the Corporate Risk Center of Excellence - Join as a key contributor and grow into a senior lead / Individual track head
- Develop new risk management models for implementation across Business on the Top risks of the organization.
- Improve existing ERM training collateral for various programs - Leaders Program, Managers' Trainings, Customer presentations.
- Work with various Business risk teams in understanding risks and to build Operating mechanisms to proactively capture risks related to Customer reassurance, Large programs, Process & Controls etc. Quarterly reviews of Business/Strategic & Operational risks and track mitigation plans
- Identify process gaps and weaknesses in functional areas and implement corrective measures with stakeholder buy in.
- Formalize ERM Framework document aligning ERM activities of all groups. Formalize risk capture and prioritization mechanism
- Involve in the operating & strategic plan cycles in bringing out risk - short term and long term
- Directly participate in a few projects where Risk is seen - assess, measure, help mitigate along with BU or functional owners/champions.
- Support in building a world class Risk management organization through Networking/Best practices - Consultants, Companies and coverage of Insurance Cos, Analysts.
