Entercoms - Business Analyst - Data Analytics

Skills:

- Strong experience in business analysis and data analysis using statistical techniques

- Considerable knowledge analyzing aftermarket data and concluding rejection rate, repeat contact, repeat dispatch, regional/product/commodity failure analysis

- Should have experience in data analytics packages and programming tools such as R, SAS, SPSS etc.

- Pragmatic and business-oriented approach to problem solving

- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

- Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.

- Self-driven

- Effective listening skills; ability to ask good questions, and to quickly absorb new concepts

- Effective personal and interactive communication skills; ability to effectively interact at various management levels and customer

- Multitasking on complex assignments

- Familiar with a variety of data storage, extraction, and cleansing techniques (Desired but not necessary )

- Minimum 3 Years in quantitative analysis, business analysis, data analysis

- Bachelors in Engineering, BSc (Maths, Statistics, Computer Science) Good to have Experience: Data storage, extraction and cleansing techniques
