Our client list of 300+ companies from 20+ sectors includes Citibank, HSBC, Coca Cola, Dell, MRF, Pfizer, SBI, TCS, Philips etc.  We are looking to hire into our core team - and are looking for an 'AVP Simulation Programs' in Bangalore.  Job Description:  Primary Responsibilities:  - Facilitate business simulation workshops for VPs, CEOs and other business leaders as per client requirements  - Be the face of enParadigm at the Leadership Simulation Workshops and create a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand  - Work closely with CXOs, and Head HRs to understand their business problems and customize delivery of business simulation workshops  - Interact with business decision makers to understand their pain points and translate them to clearly defined product requirements for product team  Secondary Responsibilities:  - Work closely with the marketing team to build a vibrant participant community with business owners, CEOs, VPs, and GMs  - Work closely with product team to develop business analysis frameworks and decision making tools to help senior business leaders  Candidate Profile:  - MBA from a premier business school (IIMA, B, C, L and ISB only) with 2+ years of work experience  - Ability to ideate-with and challenge VPs, GMs and CEOs on their business issues  - Passionate about learning and education  - Excellent spoken and written English skills  - Ability to translate customer pain points into product specifications   - Start-up acumen: Willingness to go beyond a strict JD and get stuff done  This is a “one of us” position - we are looking for a smart, driven individual we can talk-to/argue/collaborate-with on an equal basis.
