Should be tactical.  This role will have impact on entire organisation including on global level.  Should have worked on large projects and also on the global level.  There are 4 roles for this :  Job Title :   Engineering Manager - Sustainability,   Engineering Manager - Waste water management,   Engineering Manager-control & automation  Engineering Manager-Electrical  Department : Company Engineering  Profession (Marketing, Finance, etc.): Supply Chain / Engineering  Location (City, Country) : Various - Based in Cluster or same as the location of Large Project  Main Job Purpose :  - Provide engineering discipline leadership for design and execution of Large Project or portfolio of Projects (0.5 - 20 M- )   - Responsible for leading designated discipline execution develop Concept, FEED & Detailed Design for projects and supporting execution, commissioning and handover.   - Ensure compliance to Core Design & Company Engineering Standards  - Support Procurement to develop & implement capex procurement strategy in either Large Project / Cluster.  - Development and deployment of some of the cutting edge capabilities being developed by the Group Engineering Centre.  - Develop and lead engineering capabilities in the cluster for designated engineering discipline.   - Provide help and support to cluster where required for small projects - 0.5M  - Lead engineering capability program across the Cluster to support WCM PM deployment  - Develop affordable Capex solutions and support the procurement program to qualify new suppliers.  Key Accountabilities :  Principal Responsibilities :  - On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery of eng discipline input / support for Large Project or for all Cluster Projects 0.5 - 20M   - Develop & lead engineering capability building for agreed range of eng disciplines.   - Ensure compliance to relevant Core design and UE Standards  - Work with the UE Centre of Eng Excellence to develop and deploy new standards, core designs and cutting edge engineering capabilities  - Lead engineering capability program across the Cluster to support WCM PM deployment  Outputs / performance Metrics :   - OTIF delivery of Project / Project Portfolio  Delivery of UE Design Metrics for Projects :  - Process Safety  - Capex Efficiency  - Lead time  - Delivery of USLP commitments  - Customer / Stakeholder Feedback  Key Solutions :  - Passion for Growth  - Holding People Accountable  - Team Commitment  - Team leadership  Professional Skills :  - Professional Engineering Skills ( Educated to degree standard in an engineering discipline)  - Engineering Design Process Management (Fully Operational)  - Project Delivery (All sub skills - Fully Operational)  - Maintenance Principles and Best practice (Working Knowledge)  - WCM EEM & PM (Fully Operational)  - Contract Management & Conflict Resolution (Fully Operational)  - Budget Management (Fully Operational)  Experience Required :  Essential :   - 10+ Years experience of Project Engineering in FMCG / related Industry or gained in an engineering consultancy environment  - 5+ years operating in a management capacity  - Significant Project / Design Management experience  - Deep knowledge / experience of designated Category Technologies  Desired :   - Attained Professional Engineer Status (Or member of professional institution)  - First hand experience / track record of design or delivery of capital projects within Company or similar FMCG environment  Technical capability (Desirable) :  - Proficiency in MS Office - Excel / Power Point and Word   - Working knowledge on Engineering software - AutoCAD, 3D's Primavera & Agile  Travel required depending on project portfolio upto 50% within Cluster  Internal :  - Cluster / PG Supply Chain VP / Directors, Technology Directors and Managers  - R&D Directors / Managers  - UE Cluster Director & CEE Directors & Managers, Engineering Programme Managers  External :   - Engineering Contractors, Consultants and Subject Matter Experts  - Local regulatory / planning officials  Engineering Director - Strategic Projects / Cluster
