Should be hands on and willing to code.  80% Technical, and 20% managerial   Strong in Core Java,Java, J2ee, IDE Tools, open source framework.  Good at coding,design and development.  - Manage the engineering teams responsible for product development and customer projects  Develop and Implement Software Development Life Cycle in Agile Methodology (Feature Driven Development and SCRUM Methodology).  Manage the product release cycles as per the product development road map  Build, hire, train, mentor the engineering team to cover all the functions  Monitor the development and coordination between BA, Development and testing Team.  Maintain the metrics for management and customers.  Participate, Present technology solutions to business problems.  Manage and execute the projects to meet the customer timelines and quality  Perform technical design reviews, client interaction and coordination between onshore-offshore.  Manage the software deployment process (both internal and cloud)  Monitor the need for hardware/devices to meet the business plans  Manage the customer support teams  Build proper work culture among the employees and motivate them  Manage the employee appraisal process and build a process to meet the employee career goals  Manage the partner development teams
