Required Skills:

Experience: 4+ years of software development experience

Location: Pune

Position Type : Permanent

- 2-4+ years managing software development projects and programs

- Knowledge of software project management best practices and methodologies

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

- Experience with a variety of software development methodologies

Mandatory skills:

- a strong communicator and know how to explain complicated technical concepts clearly and succinctly

- organized and detail oriented, you keep a clean calendar and have an opinion on how to manage a busy inbox

- passionate about product quality and process management

- This is a technical role, and you’ll be part of the Engineering organization, this means strong software technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding communication abilities are a must.

Responsibilities:

- Head engineering for company

- Work closely with Engineering teams, Product, Design, QA, Support and other Engineering teams

- Manage day to day Project and External Program priorities, release planning, roadmap organization, and task triage

- Review, and directly contribute to the overall management of software development projects

- Meet routinely with direct reports to track performance, establish goals, and provide mentorship

- Be capable of resolving both internal team and cross team dilemmas and communication problems
