End-to-end delivery responsibility for engagements: (a) Monitoring the timely and cost-effective management of client projects (tracking deliverables,timelines, and progress against goals) and managing and coaching junior team members; (b) Developing impactful client recommendations and delivering them through world-class written and oral presentations  2. Undertake relevant field work for various projects and provide on ground operational support to cKinetics’ partners and clients, while coordinating with clients and team members in India & across the globe.  3. Building on relationships with potential and existing clients and be responsible for the business development in the assigned areas.  4. Participating in internal initiatives relating to thought leadership, client service, or team development.  About you:  1. You must have a strong character and are looking to join a start-up in its early stages and share in the rewards of building an institution.  2. You are a proactive and independent person who has a demonstrated passion as relates to Sustainability.  3. You are looking to lead projects and efforts on your own.  You must have:  1. A Masters degree and 6-10 years of relevant work experience in business strategy and organizational leadership. Management consulting experience at a highly respected firm strongly preferred.  2. An understanding of Energy Issues: especially those related to Distributed Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in an industrial setting  3. An ability to work ‘hands-on’ and multi-task in an energetic start-up environment.  4. Demonstrated ability to be an individual contributor as also work in teams.  5. Led projects independently.  6. Excellent communication skills.  7.
