This is an onsite opportunity candidate/ Consultant should have valid work authorization in USA
Position:- Engagement Manager
Location:- Bangalore/USA
- He/She will be the primary face of AQ for clients, and will be responsible for relationships with various client teams.
- The candidate will also lead the AQ onsite team, assume leadership for key content ideas and findings, structure engagement activities to produce practical recommendations, and develop new business opportunities.
- This is a key hire for the company as we expect this engagement to be a huge growth driver for the company going forward.
- Act as a strategic leader and advisor to deliver value and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Own the revenue goals for the client - Identify growth opportunities among existing client relationships, build new relationships and meet defined revenue goals.
- Manage onsite team Understand requirements, recruit, train and retain.
- Work closely with the client teams to deliver consumer insights aimed at improving consumer engagement and retention.
- Work with and present to client senior management on a regular basis.
- Bring thought leadership and cutting edge marketing thinking to solve client business problems.
- Actively listen and interpret the needs of clients to formulate appropriate recommendations and identify new areas in which AQ can provide value-added services.
- Collaborate with the larger AQ team to provide client support and develop solutions. This would involve working remotely with the team based out of India.
- Mentor and coach the team on addressing client requirements effectively.
- Manage projects as required.
- Work as a partner with AQ founders to drive growth strategy for this client and identify opportunities among other large clients in the same area.
Essential SKILLS & Competencies:
- Able to form relationships, build trust and work collaboratively on small and large teams across functions and in a professional and respectful manner.
- Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with clients and teams in India.
- Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work.
- Good marketing domain knowledge, particularly in the retail/CRM/Direct Marketing domain.
- Multi-talented individual that can work both at the strategic/executive level and at the tactical/analyst level.
- Should be good at analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.
- Excellent presentation and written skills.
- Experience on working with large databases would be ideal.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MS, MBA, etc.) with a major in quantitative field (Statistics, Predictive Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).
- 8 - 10 years of experience in marketing experience in the Consumer goods and services and/or, Retail sector.
- 2-3 years of CRM related analytics experience (Direct Marketing or Retail expertise would be ideal)
- 2-3 years of Client servicing and/or consulting experience would be a bonus.
