Profile:  The Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with the client and monitoring services delivery throughout the project. His/her focus is on the management of the contractual relationship between customer and Our client (MNC IT Company) rather than the management of the Project Delivery itself.  Experience:  Overall IT Experience: 11-13 years  Relevant Experience of managing Staffing Engagements - 3-4 years  Certifications: (Not a must have)  - PMP  - ITIL Foundation  - CSM  Required skills -   Client Engagement:  - Build and maintain Client Relationship and Engagement  - Assist in Account Management  - P&L Management  People and Resource Management  - Employee Engagement - Ensure Team Motivation and Engagement is high  - Performance Appraisals & feedback for the team members  - Individual Development Plan  - Learning and Development  Project Management:  - Manage Project from Initiation to Closure  - Ability to ramp up teams from scratch  - Should be able to coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure success of the account  - Risk Management  - Experience in RFP, RFI and Pre Sales  Process  - Ensure appropriate process is followed (Initiation, setup communication plan, ESC / ARM is conducted, etc.)  - Own Metrics and Measurement for Project based on the goals defined  Technical Knowledge  - Should have Delivery background and experience of managing couple of large projects end-to-end  - Development background with .NET/Java and good DB knowledge.  Key Responsibilities and Expectations  - Managing the relationship with the client throughout the project duration and acting as the main point of contact between client and Our Client (MNC IT Company)  - Ensuring the services delivered by the vendor are conform to what has been contractually agreed between client and Our Client (MNC IT Company) and monitoring the delivery of said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget  - Managing Our Client (MNC IT Company) resource planning and addressing resources performance issues  - Managing the financial aspects of the contract (billing for services, following-up on payments etc.)  - Acting as the escalation point when issues arise with Our Client (MNC IT Company)'s resources / services and managing any dispute or conflict  - Reporting internally on project performance (services delivery, progress, economics, etc.)  - Comply with all the relevant processes defined for Client Managed Account and also define new areas based on the need  - He / She will be responsible for managing 1 or more of accounts  - Ability to elicit co-operation from all sources including management, clients and other departments.  - Ability to contribute to the Project Management Practice, Centre of Excellence in various initiatives  - Has strong business acumen   - Experience in working with cross-cultural teams   - Strong crisis management and interpersonal skills  - Strong written and verbal communication skills including conference skills  - Competent and flexible to understand new processes, technology or platforms  - Exposure to CMM /ISO/Agile methodologies  - Should take ownership of the assigned projects/tasks and have - can do- attitude  - Should be honest and innovative  - Ability to think out of the box
