COO - Innovation Consulting

Innovation strategy firm seeks experienced consultant for a COO position.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience at a top-flight management consulting firm and will likely be in an engagement manager position.

The projects span industries and sectors but have one thing in common - innovation. Thinking out of the box is standard practice in this line of work, but needs to be geared to lead to meaningful results.

You will have day to day responsibility of all ongoing projects and activities. You should have the skills, drive and personality to drive success in consulting assignments. The ability to groom other consultants and get the best out of them is key.

You may also assist in identifying and pursuing new clients and consulting opportunities. The expected next step from this role is equity ownership / partnership in the company.

Requirements:

MBA from IIM, XLRI, ISB or other top institute

Ability to handle multiple projects across geographies

Ability to leverage all available resources and build a positive working environment

Should be skilled in the typical consulting tools - MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Extensive travel will be involved
