Engagement Manager - Business Consulting, New Delhi   Key responsibilities of the role may include-   - Role requires the incumbent to undertake both Business Development and Project Execution responsibility .  - Identify and meet prospects to generate new business for the Business Consulting Practice of the client   - Lead proposal development process, client communications and drive the client decision making process to closure  - Achieve an assigned annual sales target, maintain an appropriate sales pipeline, and produce accurate & timely business forecasts   - Project planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, controlling delivery quality, helping in resource allocation decisions, conducting presentations, managing account receivables  Key Requirements-   - Working in one of the reputed research & consulting firms at Manager Level  - Education from the tier-1 institutions  - Overall 5 to 8 years of experience  - 5 - 6 years
