- The role requires a senior leader to take delivery responsibility for an engagement or, both AM and AD from a delivery perspective.   - This will require significant client interaction with client stakeholders in Europe and India.  - The person will be responsible for ensuring, among other things, achieving all the KPI that have been agreed with the customer.   - Candidate successful in delivering in the above role will be considered for other leadership roles within BIM India and Global BIM, including end to end P&L responsibilities for large accounts.   - The candidate must be capable of Operational responsibilities - Leading and Delivering the End to End component of complex projects within the engagement/account with a focus on delivery excellence.  - Implement and sustain robust processes in the AM and AD space, including adherence to ITIL standards, lean methods, etc.  - Managing operations (resourcing, utilization, pyramid, invoicing, rotation, executive status reporting, stakeholder management, etc.)  - Monitor all operational KPI and provide corrective measure where necessary   Executive responsibilities:  - C level interaction both within Customer organizations and Company - Stakeholder management at client and company end,   - Attend steering meetings representing BIM in client meetings Strategic responsibilities   - Plan and forecast resource needs at least one quarter in advance where necessary, build a sufficient bench across different skills to service unanticipated demand. Ensure consultants are well taken care of, their career management issues attended to, plan and provide sufficient training on both tools and soft skills   - BIM background is a must, and must have the capability to quickly grasp the program concepts, framework and the solutions that are being developed.  - Prior success in handling large India based consulting or outsourcing teams.  - End to end P&L responsibility for an engagement  - BI experience of at least 7-8 years in managing large engagements (50+ resources)  - Ability to travel 50% of the time or take on a role onsite (in Europe) for 2 years - Germany  - Experience in working with European customers  - Focus on emerging areas like Cloud, Big Data, Analytics  - Ability to have CXO relationships and connects,  - Strong focus on delivery with certifications around delivery methods or processes,  Domain: Open (will prefer Air transport, auto, mfg, media and entertainment, public sector, life sciences, financial, utilities or any other)
