Would be expected to play the role of an internal business consultant for India operations, to identify, prioritize & drive business process improvement projects that create incremental value for the businesses. Independently partnering with the businesses to drive execution of the identified projects/initiatives, while displaying strong project management competencies, reporting out implementation progress and knowledge building results. AM will report to the Manager/AVP of Business Transformation, in line with team's requirements.  Shift timings - 2pm-11pm  Required  Looking someone with Green or black belt certification with atleast 2 years of experience into process improvement.
