DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE COMPLETE JD  Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A   Experience Level: Only 3-4 years experienced people will be contacted.   Time to Join: 15 Days to 30 Days   Functional Area: IT Software - ERP, CRM   The roles and responsibilities will be bucketed into 3 main areas: Account Management, Project Management and Product Management Contribution   Project Management / Implementation Activities  - Responsible for complete ownership of implementation and ensuring an on time and in cost 'Go Live' of EmployWise Software  - Ability to understand the customer processes and requirements and translate these into product configurations and story boards  - Assisting customers in data migration with advanced spreadsheet skills and SQL query writing for databases. (Please refrain from applying if you do not enjoy working on Excel Sheets)  - Project management skills to ensure timely completion of planned activities and on-time account go-live   - Presentation skills to deliver user and trainer training.   Product Management:   - Identify bugs, loopholes and errors in the system and suggest solutions accordingly to the product manager  - Under the guidance of the SFC, provides regular feedback to the Product Management and the product engineering teams to provide critical user experience inputs towards product development and improvement.   - Ensures continuous improvement of the tool by continuous market benchmarking and prevailing industry standards. The   Keyskills:   - Engineers with MBA preferably in HR  - Minimum 70% score in academics throughout (Mandatory)  - At least 2 years of prior enterprise software implementation experience preferably in the HR domain or cloud/SaaS solutions   - Exceptional logical and analytical abilities   - Understanding of HR function (or willingness to learn). Awareness and understanding of Industry best practices in HR [Preferable but not essential]   - Good interpersonal skills to manage customer contacts   - Strong eye for detail   - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convincingly articulate complex ideas   - Excellent in written and spoken english   - A team player capable of working in a collaborative manner while working in matrix operations
